Product Support Engineer

Role:

Educate current and prospective customers about Pando\xe2\x80\x99s products and present informative demonstrations to leads and answer any questions. Assist new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, and providing troubleshooting tips.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries & calls, provide appropriate solutions.
  • Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Efficiently set goals and work towards zero escalations.
  • Maintain relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
  • Handling tickets.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Technical Customer Support experience or customer handling role.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries.
  • Knowledge in Network logs & Postman API.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to learn new things every time.
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts (9-6pm or 11-8pm).
  • Optional night shift and on call weekend support.
