Description & RequirementsResponsible for Compass Product Support. Case handling and KB Creations. Customer handling. Customer handling. Application support. Review and Maintain knowledge base articles. Techno/functional knowledge.Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science or related field,. Net Skills
• Willingness to learn other technical & functional skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office products with focus on Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Self-motivated and High degree of problem-solving capabilities
• English language skills; Effective verbal & written communication
