Product Specialist - Splunk IT Service Intelligence

- Minimum of 3+ year of experience
- Implement and manage Splunk IT Service Intelligence for Event Management.
- Design and configure Splunk ITSI Correlation rules.
- Integrate and manage ServiceNOW APIs and CMDB.
- Utilize the Grafana Stack for visualization and monitoring.
- Maintain and administer Linux systems.
- Develop scripts and tools to automate workflows and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL - Event Management & Incident Management processes.
- Proficient with Splunk IT Service Intelligence and its application in Event Management.
- Experience in designing correlation rules with Splunk ITSI.
- Familiarity with ServiceNOW API and CMDB management.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Grafana Stack.
- Solid Linux administration skills.
- Scripting and development capabilities in multiple languages.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
