Primary Role: Looking for a product specialist to play a crucial role in promoting and supporting our cutting-edge molecular diagnostic products. This position requires a deep understanding of molecular biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and assist healthcare professionals in the effective use of our diagnostic solutions. The Product Specialist will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.

Product Expertise:


• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's molecular diagnostic products and their applications.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in molecular diagnostics.


Customer Support:


• Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals, laboratory personnel, and sales teams.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.


Sales Support:


• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for promoting molecular diagnostic products.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and its products.
• Helping the Sales Team to achieve the targets for the molecular products.


Product Development:


• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
• Work with the product management and R&D teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements.


Training and Education:


• Develop and deliver training programs for for internal teams and external customers.
• Create educational materials, including user guides, technical bulletins, and online resources.


Desired Experience:


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in molecular diagnostics, laboratory work, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, technical support, or product management is a plus.


Job Types: Full-time


Qualification: Graduate or post-graduate in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field. A master's or PhD will be preferred.


Additional Skills Required:


• Strong understanding of molecular diagnostic techniques (e.g., PCR, qPCR, NGS).
• Proven research & communication skills preferable including presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex scientific concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
