What you\'ll do: We are looking for Product Owner who will work on the best-in-class cloud-based Business to Business enterprise product. The Product Owner is responsible for managing the development and delivery of a product or product line. This includes defining the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization of features, as well as communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and other members of the organization. Member of the Agile team who serves as the customer proxy responsible for working with all the stakeholders to define and prioritize stories in the Team Backlog and manages feature deliveries Breaks down the features into executable user stories / team backlog items and identifies the optimal distribution to the teams. Break down requirements into incremental value add deliverables such as epics and stories and document them with clear acceptance criteria Owns, maintains, and prioritizes the team backlog over the sprints. This includes the understanding and prioritization of non-functional backlog prepared by the Technical Lead and the impact on the product lifecycle. Reviews and assesses the sprint results. Focuses on end-2-end feature integration with cross teams. Takes care of dependency management on backlog item level. Assume an active role in mitigating impediments, participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives Work with Product Managers to develop and maintain the product roadmap, including prioritization of features and backlog management. Work with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on the product. Provide guidance and direction to development teams on product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate and understand engineering challenges to enable engineering teams to work as productively and efficiently as possible. Perform feature validation to ensure acceptance criteria are met. Conduct regular product reviews to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. Analyze product performance and security vulnerabilities and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and potential new features. Maintain and track feature adoption along with RCA for low adoption features with corrective measures. Work with marketing and sales teams to support successful product launches and ongoing product marketing. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to aid informed product strategy. What you bring: Bachelor\'s degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or computer science. At least 3-5 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and customers. Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and product management tools to manage roadmap (Aha), scrum plan (JIRA), wire-framing (Figma) etc. Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and make informed decisions about product direction. Understanding of user experience design principles and product development best practices. Experience in delivering B2B Enterprise-grade products an advantage Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the product management space.
