We're on the hunt for a Product Security Tester as part of our company's growth.A key component of the role is the ability to follow defined procedures and work instructions as defined in the QMS. This incorporates the controls required to maintain the Good Practice regulations applicable to Instem's clients throughout the health and life science industry.Who's Instem? • Working as the product security testing authority assigned across product lines to ensure the products are secure against the product requirements.

• Designing, developing, and executing penetration test scripts derived from user flows, requirements, specifications and other design documents.

• Reporting of security test results, associated faults and recommended resolution.

• Liaising with Developers, Support analysts and other subject matter experts to assist the efficient remediation and re-testing of faults identified during test execution.

• Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

Skills you'll need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience of working within a security testing role including creating, maintaining and reporting on security test suites. Full understanding of OWASP standards and tools such as BurpSuite, Wireshark, ZapScanner etc.

• Experience of consulting assignment advising internal and preferably external clients e.g., in the standards for security of software and issue resolution.

• Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and get consensus on the testing outcomes.

• Experience of working within teams operating using agile software development methods.
