Support or participate in preparing technical design documents in response t o market / produ c t / technical / functional / non-functional requirements specification s Develop software and / o r review so f tware development according to secur i ty development lifecycle and technical design documents Act a s a technical specialist and liaison between operations / support and the development team s Develop / build proof of concept s as a step toward s c o mprehensive software development Conduct and / or pa r ticipate in unit / bench / AP I / funct i onal / non-functional testing o f softwar e products / features Analyze the developed code, prepare bug reports, conduct root caus e analysis, suggest fixes , implement and / or ensure implementation o f the identified soluti o n, subsequent verification and validation step s Deploy and operate software product and releases for i nternal / external cu s tomer pr o ject s in on-premise and / or o f f-premise models Act a s L3/L4 support team m e mber fo r , e.g . , troubleshooting software issues wit h users , maintain user accounts in the exi s ting syste m s, identification o f techn i cal problems including hardware, network, and configuration issues, and maintaining and configuring the syste m infrastru c ture (server s ) Engage with internal / external so f tware development v endors Wha t yo u w i l l br i n g Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, i n formation technology, electronics , or c o mmunications Experience in agile development processes or simila r 4 - 6 year s of s o ftware development and / or DevSe c O ps experience Hands-on experience with Linux (must have), Windows (nice to have) , and mobile environments Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience in C#, .Ne t Framewor k , .Net (Core ) Microservices and containerized applications Azure cloud environment Algorithms and data s t ructure s Process automation mindset and striv e for opt i mization and continuous improvement Experience with CI/CD , configuration management, a n d version control (and tools suc h as TF S and G IT ) Experience in implementing automated testing platfor m s and unit te s t s Basic knowledge of syst e m administration, n e tworks , infrastru c ture (switche s , router s , firewalls), configuration, and troubleshooting Ideally, knowledge in Angular JS Angular/React Javascript, NodeJ S Python Databases - Postgre s Ability to work independently with a sense o f ownership and responsibility Fluency in written and spoken a s well as technical writ i ng English Communication and interpersonal skills and intercultural sensitivity
