Position Purpose
To manage the sales for the suite of CMS Products across the spectrum of Bank\'s clients in a select location region.Position Responsibilities Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform) 1
Driving CMS business in Clusters/Region
Building the connect with clusters to create a mindshare on Digital banking solutions, collection, and payments solutions.
Tracking the progress and training branches on CMS solutions
Working with various stakeholders to drive the business
Cross Selling of CMS solutions on CA/TASC clients (NTB/ERV)
Periodical MIS to be published to stake holders.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensuring adherence to prescribed guidelines and circulars issued from time to time.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, policies and codes adopted by the Bank.

Support/Enablers for Branches/Channels
Spot CMS opportunities in the market along with the Relationship team and target companies, industries and sectors and sell suitable products and services.
Training & Capability Building of Employees on CMS Products

Qualifications
Essential Btech/BBA/Bca/Bcom and Mtech/MCA/MBA/Mcom
Experience
Essential Collection & payment Solutions knowledge along with Digital Banking solutions like API/UPI etc, Process understanding, Good communication & Sales driving skills along with excel proficiency
