Product Sales Manager
Location: Pune/Gurugram, India

If yes, we are looking for "Product Sales Manager, Dry Filtration" for Valmet business to be based in Gurugram, India. This position reports to "Director, India Region".
What you will do at Valmet:
Promote and sell the organization's products and services, for Mining & Filtration sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and independently manage the process filtration sales plan and activity that covers: field sales action plan, sales targets, customer visits, revenue development and expense control Understand and analyse customers' needs for Dry Filtration segment, securing customers advantages and benefits and connected strategies to penetrate into the market Has knowledge in liquid/solid filtration processes Candidates with filtration equipment fabricator (OEM) for liquid/solid filtration, sales/technical background are encouraged to apply Ability to study customer's technical problems related to filter media Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization Promote positive attitude and good motivation inside the team Adhering to company's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures Adhering to company's Values, Business principles and Code of conduct
What we expect from you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A Degree BSc, Diploma or Degree Mechanical Engg or Environmental Engg. Minimum of 5 years related experience preferably in the Filtration industry A proactive, positive and personable attitude / character Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Competence in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Experience of other business management tools A flexible approach to work, including the willingness and ability to travel inside and out of country
