Job Title: Product Sales Executive - Marketplace

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:

Drive product sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor daily sales trends and take actions to enhance performance.

Product Listing and Optimization:

Ensure accurate and appealing product listings on all platforms.

Work on SEO optimization for product titles, descriptions, and keywords.

Regularly update listings with new images, videos, and features.

Promotions and Campaigns:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies.

Plan and manage deals, discounts, and advertising campaigns to boost sales.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Customer Interaction:

Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Resolve issues related to product delivery, returns, and complaints promptly.

Gather feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.

Provide insights and recommendations to stay competitive.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the team.

Use analytics tools to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

Inventory and Logistics Coordination:

Ensure sufficient stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.

Work with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
