Position: Product Sales Advisor (Female)
Location: Khan Market, Hauz Khas, Ludhiana, Gurugram
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3-8 years (Cosmetic Industry or Related Field)
Salary: ?40,000 - ?50,000 per month
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Sales Advisor (Female) to join our team in the cosmetic industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience, a passion for beauty and skincare, and a proven ability to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Sales and Promotion:
• Effectively demonstrate and promote cosmetic products to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Suggest upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on product details, usage techniques, and new launches.
• Educate customers about product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions.
• Store Operations Support:
• Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and report inventory needs.
• Follow store procedures and ensure the showroom is presentable at all times.
• Market Trends Awareness:
• Monitor customer preferences and industry trends to suggest new product ideas.
• Share feedback with the management to align offerings with market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic, beauty, or luxury retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and makeup products.
• Excellent sales and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer interactions professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in luxury cosmetics or premium retail brands.
• Knowledge of beauty trends, skincare routines, and cosmetic application techniques.
