Support of the quality management system in Business Group, Business Unit, Production, Sales, Corporate in order to perform effective and efficient product qualifications and ensure that market / customer quality requirements are met. The objective is to help providing assurance that released products are of highest quality / reliability.

In your new role you will:

• Support of delivery release by qualification.
• Support quality reporting.
• Support in ensuring the fulfilment of time and cost according to agreed qualification plans / schedules.
• Support deriving quality targets out of requirements from customer and market.
• Support safeguarding the delivery quality.
• Support continuous improvement activities / programmes.
• Carry out risk assessments.
• Support quality marketing.
• Data management and documentation.
• Carry out overall QM support activities (customer audits, request, problem solving).
• Contribute to effective process flow for complaint management.
• Enforce awareness building for quality and risk management.
• Support monitoring quality criteria and the adherence to quality assurance risk management procedures within the
• function.
• Support quality and risk reporting systems. Contribute to the development of adequate quality measurement criteria and
• establishing and harmonising quality assurance objectives, policies and operating procedures including risk
• management.
• Support Q-measures / Q-audits.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Approximately 6+ years of relevant job experience in development and / or marketing or quality management in semiconductor industry.
• Project management skills.
• In-depth understanding of principles and concepts in own technical / specialist area
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems, methods,procedures and tools and customer related processes
• Basic knowledge of audits, certifications, standards and process management.
