" •Key Responsibilities: •

Source, negotiate, and procure raw materials, fabrics, and accessories required for production.

Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.

Evaluate and select reliable suppliers/vendors, maintaining long-term relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Maintain purchase records, including pricing, lead times, and supplier performance.

Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Prepare cost analyses and reports to identify trends and optimize procurement strategies.

Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payments to vendors.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new materials relevant to the garment industry.

Resolve any discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or quality issues.

•Requirements: •

Proven experience as a Product Purchaser, Buyer, or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the garment or textile industry.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management and analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Analytical mind-set with attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
