Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

NHIP Trainer

to conduct training sessions for newly hired

Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)

across India. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive induction programs, ensuring that new hires are well-equipped with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, company policies, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct NHIP Training:

Deliver structured

New Hire Induction Program (NHIP)

for TSMs, ensuring seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Sales & Product Training:

Provide in-depth training on company products, sales techniques, customer engagement, and competitive market strategies.

KPI & SOP Adherence:

Ensure that new hires understand and comply with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assessment & Evaluation:

Monitor trainees' progress through assessments, role-plays, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms.

Soft Skills Development:

Train new hires on communication, negotiation, time management, and customer relationship management.

Process & Compliance Training:

Educate trainees on company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical selling practices.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work closely with HR, and the L&D team to align training objectives with business goals.

Report & Feedback:

Maintain training reports, track participant performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in

training & development

, preferably in sales training. Experience in the Telecom sector is a plus. Skills: Strong presentation & facilitation skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in training tools & e-learning platforms. Ability to handle diverse groups & adapt to different learning styles. Strong analytical & reporting skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
