Qualification B.E. / B. Tech (Industrial / Mechanical / Production/ Automotive/Aerospace) Technical Skills Experience in Analysis on existing Industrial System using Product Process Resource Data Centric Approach with respect to a specific Major Component Assembly(MCA), ATA or Manufacturing Zone Experience in Compliance to specific process, method, technical referential- Experience in collect input regarding Product Information, Process Requirement, Resource Availability, Existing Process Mapping- Experience in preparation of DELMIA Process Allocation workflow Experience in Delmia Tooling Library, Parametric Tooling Models, Tooling Indent management, Standard tool Models, Tool Lifecycle, Resource Optimization Experience in MBOM creation Expert in performing analysis like Bottleneck, What-If, Sensitivity, work flow, Utilization, constraints etc. DES (Discrete event simulation) based model building using AnyLogic Deep knowledge of aerospace & automotive manufacturing processes Experience in aerospace production system will be an added advantage Knowledge to develop flexible or integrated manufacturing system and procedure Knowledge of Industry ILO Software Skill 3DX Delmia AnyLogic Simulation Modelling Software (Must to have Skills) Excel, Access, MS Office MS Project (Added advantage) Catia V5 (Added advantage) Plant Simulation & 3Dx (Added advantage) Soft Skills Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English Team Player Effective interpersonal skills Have a good sense of responsibility and organizational skills
