Title: Product Owner/Product Manager

Exp: 15+ years

Location: Delhi

- Organize events such as seminars, contests, hackathons etc to and engage with various internal and external stakeholders to further community outreach

- Lead policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement efforts pertaining to Innovation Management agenda on external forums and events

- No. of outreach/ engagement events organized

- Identify, engage and partner with various industry players, startup\'s and other institutions in support of innovation efforts in chosen focus areas for Energy and Int.Airports

- No. of alliances/ partnerships with external partners for innovation initiatives

- Set up and manage Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects in the Energy and Int. Airport environment in association with internal and external stakeholders

- Lead the transition of successfully completed ideas/PoCs to commercial/full scale operations both within biz ecosystem as well as in the larger marketplace

- No. of PoCs completed

- No. of ideas/PoC projects commercialized

- No. of investments completed in startups/ other firms

- No. of products developed/taken to market

- Drive efforts to promote a culture of innovation and intrapreneurship within Energy and Int Airports

- Lead initiatives to identify and address skill gaps to support Innovation agenda

- No of in-house projects/initiatives incubated

- 15+ years of total experience in the area of Innovation Management/Product Development/R&D Management with a Large Corporate/MNC or Management Consulting Firm out of which at least 3-5 years should be in a leadership position.

- Must have good understanding and exposure to emerging technologies and areas such as AI, ML, data sciences, robotics and IoT with involvement in practical applications of these in real-life projects and solutions.

- Engineering with a Management Degree from Premier Institutes

- Strong data interpretation & Analytical ability

- Experience in managing innovation portfolios, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources.

- Strong business acumen and financial skills, with the ability to develop and analyze business cases and financial models

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong network and connections with external partners, startups, and innovation ecosystems

- Ability to effectively manage numerous simultaneous External and Internal interactions
