Job Description

The Product Owner in Healthcare will lead the development of innovative healthcare products, ensuring they deliver value to users, comply with industry regulations, and align with organizational goals. The role involves gathering and defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision :
• Define and communicate a clear product vision based on market needs, user feedback, and industry trends.
• Ensure the product aligns with business objectives, improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Requirements Gathering :
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams, to gather detailed product requirements.
• Create user stories, product backlogs, and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
• Product Roadmap :
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines milestones, features, and delivery timelines.
• Adjust the roadmap as needed based on market conditions, regulatory changes, or feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Facilitate regular communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Regulatory and Compliance Oversight :
• Ensure that products meet healthcare industry standards, regulations (such as HIPAA, FDA guidelines, etc.), and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, laws, and technology developments to incorporate them into product planning.
• User-Centered Design :
• Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring the product meets the needs of patients, healthcare providers, or other stakeholders.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continually refine and improve the product.
• Product Launch and Go-to-Market :
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products or features, working with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Track product performance post-launch and collect data to guide iterative improvements.
• Performance Tracking and Metrics :
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Analyze product data, user feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making and ensure continuous product optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?2,400,000.00 per year
