Global Payments extensively involves FX conversion for cross currency payments, offering Real Time as well as Manual FX rates as per client preferences. It is also capable of identifying, classifying, and routing payments individually to various distinct downstream applications and clearing systems as per business requirement. Cashpro portal facilitates Cashpro Clients to \xe2\x80\x93 Input Payment, Approval, Reports, Repair, Delete, Template Manager, File Import, Preferences, Administration, Audit Logging, CPO Notifications, Fraud, Support Tools. Offshore GBS team support includes BA, Development and Testing related activities along with Onshore SMEs on the project management and support. This deck covers the current accomplishment, team`s learning progress and plans to enhance domain and functional knowledge of CPS offshore team.This role is responsible for maximizing the valuefor a product. Key responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap forthe product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and thedevelopment team. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in ascaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment. They are developing in the role of a Product Owner, possessing a workingknowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain.Responsibilities:- create the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategicdirection for the business or technology domain.- Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems.- Create and prioritize work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross functional teams.create s and prioritize s stories in the product backlog.- Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough \xe2\x80\x9cready\xe2\x80\x9d stories to load the next 1 2 sprints.- Review and accept stories and make on the spot decisions regarding scope and requirements.- Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business.Requirements:- 12+ years experience working as product owner on scrum team- Knowledge of products and services, business flows, understanding of financial context- Strong knowledge of agile best practices and principles; able to apply these to all phases of SDLC- Ability to provide input for planning of new projects- Ability to identify and escalate risks; define mitigation plan- Ability to facilitate team ceremonies against backlog- Ability to prioritize work-Manage risks/dependencies/impediments for the team-Ability to answer teams questions clearly and effectively-Understanding of stakeholder expectations and updates to keep stakeholders informed-Ability to speak clearly and effectively to stakeholders as needed-Strong knowledge of SDLC-Ability to collaborate effectively with the team-Awareness of testing practices; Experience with hands on testingRequirements:Education:B.Tech/M.Tech/MCACertifications (if any):CIPSP, CSPO, Additional Payments domain certifications are good to haveExperience Range:12+ Years of ExperienceFoundational Skills:Primary Skills -Very strong Global Payments domain knowledge in terms of Payment Initiation, Processing, Clearing and Settlement.End to end understanding of Payment Life CycleUnderstanding of Agile MethodologyExpertise in writing Agile StoriesDesired Skills:Mentioned above.Work Timings:11 AM \xe2\x80\x93 9 PM (If project requires, we might need to extend the shifts as well)Job Location:Chennai
