About the Role : Product Owner - ServiceNow
The Team : Our Service Enablement team specializes in ServiceNow, CMDB, and PagerDuty, developing and managing products that empower Divisions & Functions to operate efficiently. Responsibilities and Impact :
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, providing the engineering team with a clear understanding of the vision, features, and acceptance criteria for individual stories.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into a well-defined product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with UX/UI design experts and research colleagues to develop user-centric features that enhance the overall user experience
Opportunity to lead and shape a critical product within ServiceNow, with significant potential for professional growth and development.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team, encouraging open communication and teamwork
What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications:
Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow architecture including its modules and core capabilities
knowledge of service catalogue module, including functional knowledge if how to create, manage, categorize catalogue items.
Awareness of UX best practices to ensure a user-friendly Service Catalogue interface.
Competence in translating business requirements into technical specifications and communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication to convey the product vision, requirements, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
Active listening to understand stakeholder needs and feedback.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification,
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA)
