You will maintain a relationship of trust with customer stakeholders and build the bridge between the customer and SAP operations teams.Analyze customers\' business requirements, problems, and act as a trusted technical advisor for our clients and partnersManage relationships between different stakeholder groups (internal and external)Understands the customer business, goals and challenges to suggest solutions and servicesThe focus of your activities will be to increase service excellence along with stabilization improvements to help operations to reduce manual efforts and cost and deliver faster services to our customers meeting their needs and expectations.Masterfully manage the product backlog, employing Jira and Mural to stay attuned to the evolving demands of users and stakeholders.What you bringDegree in Engineering/Technology or Business and Economics.Extensive professional working experience in agile project teamsProven ability in merging business and engineering insights to craft seamless solutions.Professional experience as a technical consultant in SAP cloud implementation and migration projects or as technical project lead with customer interactionProficiency in software engineering methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira.An emerging interest in observability and user monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Octobus).Ability lead/drive difficult discussions to achieve clear desired outcomes3-5 years in the captivating field of business process design and requirements management, ideally in partner business or similar areas.A minimum of 1 year dedicated to SAP solution portfolio, with a focus on customer experience solutions (like Sales or Service Cloud)Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)Ability to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences with clear and concise languageExperience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions\\Fluency both written and spoken in English, German a plusMeet your teamSAP\'s Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) organization is SAP\'s reliable technology partner who is providing the strategy and technological foundation for an Intelligent Enterprise, enabling SAP\'s business transformation towards a cloud company.As part of Corporate Processes and Information Technology (CPIT), Partner Solutions delivers the tools and technology to make SAP Partners successful.
