Roles & Responsibilities:


+ Own product execution end to end.
+ Make product decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data, business vision, and product objectives.
+ Collaborate with technical leads, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
+ Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
+ Participate in all agile team meetings including sprint planning, and daily standups.
+ Set sprint goals, present sprint demos, and participate in sprint retrospectives.
+ Communicate feature requirements, release strategy, product goals, and expected business impact to development teams.
+ Prioritize the team backlog daily, based on business impact, risk, and effort.
+ Iteratively adjust requirements, refine scope, and manage change in a multi-team agile environment.
+ Communicate risks in real-time.
+ Provide internal training for new features.
+ Accept user stories when they are ready for release.
+ Test release scope on production to ensure high-quality execution and strategic alignment.


Requirements :


+ A degree from a reputable University in Computer Science or similar.
+ 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role working with an agile team.
+ Experience into Product Management.
+ Experience with user stories, product backlogs, epics, story cards, etc.
+ Hands-on experience with Jira.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to write comprehensive documents in a clear, concise, and structured manner.
