Job Description


JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of products within the organization. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and internal stakeholders, to prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. The primary goal is to create and deliver products that meet customer needs, positions Nuvolo as a market leader and contributes to our revenue attainment goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement.
  • Run backlog refinement for cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear communication of changes, enhancements, and new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define needs and requirements for feature/core product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Sequence and plan core functionality and feature development, leverage minimum viable product (MVP) approach iterating/optimizing toward scaled rollout.
  • Work closely with design, developers, and QA to ensure development meets functional needs.
  • Have an end-to-end view of the entire Connected Workplace product ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of the market.
  • Make informed recommendations for product improvements and updates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with software developers, engineers, QA, and UX teams.
  • 1+ year of experience with B2B Enterprise Software Products
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI and user-centered design and development.
  • Understanding of Agile product development and working with diverse multi-national teams.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, etc.
