As a Product Owner in the CRM Solutions & Platforms sub-department of Digital Banking business area, you have an opportunity to be part of a highly motivated team focusing on creating an outstanding and groundbreaking CRM experience for clients and relationship managers. This challenging and rewarding role has a dual importance in supporting business transformation to our key digital channel offering in Credit Suisse Direct Advisor whilst supporting smooth day to day business operations of digital channels and platforms. As a Product Owner, you will: . Support and lead project delivery in an agile environment and in close cooperation with various business partners, other product owners, the UX team and the IT organizations . Analyze current digital solutions owned, develop business requirements, build and manage backlog and define user journeys and deliver the scope with your IT team in a SCRUM set-up . Take responsibility for business project management related tasks such as project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting for your area of responsibility . Coordinate activities with all relevant partners within the Swiss Universal Bank . Assume End-2-End product ownership incl. technical readiness, sales, marketing readiness, operational readiness, and the relevant partner management within different front organizations with the bank. Your core activities will include the strategic product management (e.g. defining a vision and roadmap for digitalization of customer relationship management), platform management and delivery governance (e.g. management of partners, programs, financials, and risks).
