In coordination with the People Analytics strategy, this role is required to deliver People Analytics Reporting to enable the HR community and SE business to #FUYE by enabling decision making & eliminating duplication of effort through data visualizaton, insights & automation. We are looking for Product Owner to join our People Analytics function to deliver Global Reporting and Dashboards and drive digital transformation of HR analytics. This person will play a key role in an Agile software development team responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that meet customer needs and business goals. The Product Owner will be the primary interface between the development team and stakeholders, and will be responsible for ensuring that the development team delivers a high-quality product that meets the needs of the business and the customer.Some common job responsibilities of a Product Owner include:Defining product vision: The Product Owner is responsible for defining the vision and goals for the product, and ensuring that they align with the overall business strategy.Prioritizing features: The Product Owner is responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog, which is a prioritized list of features and requirements that the development team will work on. The Product Owner should be able to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to determine which features should be prioritized.Communicating with stakeholders: The Product Owner is responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including customers, management, and other teams, to gather requirements and feedback on the product. The Product Owner should be able to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Working with the development team: The Product Owner is responsible for working with the development team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the product requirements and priorities. The Product Owner should also be available to answer questions and provide guidance to the development team throughout the development process.Accepting and validating features: The Product Owner is responsible for accepting and validating features that have been developed by the development team. This involves testing the features to ensure that they meet the acceptance criteria and are of high quality.Continuous improvement: The Product Owner is responsible for continuously improving the product backlog and the development process. This involves reviewing feedback and metrics, and making adjustments to the product roadmap and development process as needed.QualificationsDegree qualified, preferred in either Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics or related discipline.Proven 5+ years\' experience in similar role in a complex global organisation with a high degree of complex data analysis and translation of data analysis into insights.Knowledge of Excel, R (desireable) and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot, OAC, Tableau etc).Skills in relationship and stakeholder engagement and management.Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration skills with a team player attitude.Strong problem solving, attention to detail, quantitative and analytical abilities.Schedule: Full-time
