Our Client is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the FinTech industry. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Work closely with development, design, and business teams to drive product development.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product features.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in Bahrain as needed, requiring occasional travel.
• Evaluate product progress regularly and ensure it aligns with business goals.
• Effectively communicate the product vision to all stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment.
• Understand market forces and incorporate insights into product strategy and execution.
• Prioritize product needs and features based on business impact, user value, and market trends.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to address them.
• Develop innovative product solutions that address customer challenges and market opportunities.

Key Skills: Required Skills:

• Prior work experience in product management.
• Experience in FinTech is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
