As a Product Owner you can help make possibilities happen.Job Location: MumbaiJob Summary:The Product Owner will be part of the Professional Services team working on multiple customer funded projects. Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams and provide functional guidance on the project direction from initiation through implementation and delivery.The Product Owner shall maintain an intimate understanding of the payments industry and fraud management experience and the competition to quickly identify opportunities and threats, leverage our strengths and overcome our weaknesses while influencing the overall ACI product strategy.Job Responsibilities:

• Elicits and validates stakeholder requirements. Conducts research and data gathering to analyze and determine appropriate solutions.
• Manages entire Requirements process to include documentation preparation and presentation.
• Prepare the Software Solution Document (SSD)
• Solid understanding of payments industry and real time experience in fraud management.
• Functions as the primary product and target market SME (subject matter expert); understands competitive landscape from strategy to functional capabilities.
• Responsible to create and prioritize product backlog depending on market demands.
• Work closely with Tech & Ops team to execute on the roadmap.
• Clearly articulates the value proposition and positioning of the product.
• Demonstrates thought leadership.
• Improves processes and tools that result in positive impacts across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support the project manager with planning schedules and guide projects through to completion.
• Support the regional Client Services Director and pre-sales team to provide implementation estimates based on solution scope documents.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years related experience in the payments industry and fraud management.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:

• Deep and broad understanding and experience in all aspects of product management.
• Good understanding of development frameworks, especially Scrum.
• At least 5 years Industry knowledge: Banking Services & Partners
