We are seeking a highly motivated and accountable Product Owner with a strong background in QA or development, capable of taking full ownership of product delivery. The ideal candidate will manage product vision, features, and the roadmap, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and empower the team to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, driving the product vision forward and ensuring its successful execution through a well-maintained product roadmap. Key Responsibilities :

• Own the product vision : Collaborate with stakeholders and product leadership to define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage the product roadmap : Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines upcoming features and enhancements, prioritising them based on business goals and customer feedback.
• Own the delivery : Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with the product vision, roadmap, and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to define and prioritise product features and refine the product backlog.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure the team remains aligned and focused on objectives.
• Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the business and the development team.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical needs, and business objectives.
• Leverage your experience in QA or development to ensure that deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Foster team empowerment by encouraging accountability, open communication, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Support the team in meeting Sprint, Program Increment (PI), and release goals by facilitating collaboration across functions and removing roadblocks.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing changes in the product roadmap or timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in product reviews and incorporating feedback into the product backlog.
• Address conflicts within the team constructively, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive.

### Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience as a Product Owner, years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on product delivery, vision, roadmap management and backlog management.
• Proven ability to define and maintain a product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Hands-on experience in QA or development, with a strong understanding of coding or testing practices.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and empower teams to follow Agile best practices.
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to guide teams in using these frameworks.
• Strong conflict management skills to resolve team issues and maintain a positive, high-performance team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively, development teams, and other business units.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising features based on business goals and customer feedback.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile (CSPO, SAFe) is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and QA tools such as ALM or similar.
• Understanding of REST web services and Postman is a plus.
