IT Advancement & Design (ITA) comprises further development of information technologies and IT platforms for business solutions and services. Covers driving of proactive needs analysis ensuring that business needs, demands and challenges are well understood, and that business execution plans and capabilities are delivered on time and within budget. Contains management of demands and priorities while assuring alignment with the corporate strategy and budget. Comprises optimisation, harmonisation, and implementation of Nokia\'s IT environment and systems by providing area specific knowledge. Covers representation of the whole IT organisation to global or regional business stakeholders and user communities. Works closely with the different service providers that are part of the IT eco-system, governs their performance, and acts as main interface between IT and the business including incident escalations. Comprises identification of opportunities for process and concept development as well as improvements. Covers planning and managing of the development, testing, and implementation of process / concept improvements and system changes at own responsibility area. Contains translation of requirements into system terminology and functionality as well as the delivery of process and system end-user training.
Work with business partners to understand business roadmap and develop & maintain implementation roadmap for Low No Code platform needs
Manage all aspects of Demand Management \xe2\x80\x93 Identify, Review, prioritize and delivery of demands for multiple Business Groups & Corporate Functions
Supports and screens the Business requirement and support product managers to create business cases by understanding technical capabilities of platform to be used
Support Product Manager, in shaping overall cluster strategy & roadmap then delivering to realization
Plans / supports the approval of service costs, budgets, and plan values for programs/projects for Low No Code cluster.
Participates in Program Steering for approving PM milestones, to ensure priorities and sufficient documentation for delivering the service
Work with business to capture Digitalization Matrix to device value of automation/solution to be built for the business.
Manage Demand Backlogs including creation, planning, monitoring and reporting
Participates in program/projects planning and execution in Low No Code product area to ensure the progress. Act as escalation point if needed.
Responsible for all activities needed for Program Planning -
Understand business need and create business requirement
Build business case for the demands (Business Benefits, Cost (Service Cost, Program Cost))
Coordinate with PMO team for all pre-requisites of Program Planning
Collaborate with solutions architects to propose high level solution
Handover details to Project manager to launch the program
Work closely with development team to plan delivery of backlog as per agreed implementation roadmap with business stakeholder
Facilitates inter-team dependencies in the respective sprints
Contribute to Best Practices, Technical review of solutions being built and technical governance activities.
Drive regular governance with business groups, Corporate Functions to review and report status of the backlog
Runs the performance excellence with business & Service Delivery Lead team and provides area expertise to solve business escalations.
Actively searches for new ways of delivering services/solutions against the Nokia strategy.

12+ yrs of experience as product owner/project manager/technology manager on Service Now platform
Should have good functional & technical knowledge of Low No Code platforms e.g. Service Now, Microsoft Power apps
In depth understanding of Service Now Platform Architecture, data model, different functional modules, Workflow, Automation, Integration capabilities as well as security & compliance modules
Good knowhow on Service Now ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Custom Portals, SPM, Admin & Configuration.
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum and proven experience as a Product Owner
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering/Computer Science
