Key Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from the Business Owner and operational teams. Articulate the strategy for the technical elements of the service.
• Create clear user stories to enable development teams to deliver the capabilities.
• Manage and maintain the requirements, prioritising items based on business value, programme, and customer needs.
• Align to the roadmaps of other RWS commercial and business applications, and of the wider programme.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical delivery to ensure alignment with the project vision and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and g. development teams, product owners facilitating communication and decision-making.
• Leverage customer feedback and analytics data to inform iterative releases and enhancements.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to guide product development.
• Regularly review product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in a technology or translation services environment, delivering customer facing solutions. This may include as a business analyst delivering requirements for complex technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
• Familiarity with delivery of web-based products, integrations, and workflow/ similar systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, with experience of using data to support decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience of working with remote and offshore teams.
• Building and realising ecommerce offerings, web experience, crowd-based supply chain, self-service, process optimisation.
• Experience blending portal experiences and integrating with back-end ERP or CRM platforms.
• Certification as a Product Owner or in Agile methodologies.
• A customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset.
• A passion for resolving business challenges through technology and services that resonate with customers and drive business results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive attitude, keen eye for detail, and commitment to excellence.
