JOB DESCRIPTION:
NCR is looking for a Product Owner to join our Hospitality team in Hyderabad.
Our aim is to turn the everyday into a great consumer experience, turn the restaurant into a place where you're being served quickly, get exactly what you ordered, get great service, be able to provide feedback, pay using mobile.
Our product portfolio is the most successful restaurant solution available to the global market today. We are an agile development organization, practicing SCRUM and Kanban.

Qualifications:• •8 + years of software engineering experience in a multi-national company, of which 2+ are in a BA / PO role•
• Experience with SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe or any other Agile Methodology
• •Experience developing retail or hospitality applications is a plus•
• BS / MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Fluent English


Key Areas of Responsibilities:• Ability to: research existing product, analyze use cases, create user stories, communicate/write clearly, conduct functional testing
• Work closely with Solution Managers, Product Managers, Professional Services teams and customers to understand the business needs
• Analyze business needs to create MMF - Minimum Marketable Features and user stories that best represent the customer needs and priorities, ensuring business value with every feature and story
• Own the development team's backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog
• Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs
• Work closely with the development teams, driving them to deliver the needed functionality for better solutions and improved customer experience
• Manage the defect backlogs, with an enhanced focus on the external / customer reported defects.
• Attend requirements gathering workshops with customers, presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure full testing coverage
• Collaborate with documentation teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilities
• Agile mindset, capable of working in Scrum


Qualification:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject areas OR equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Owner
• Previous experience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
• Adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment.
