This role requires a strong understanding product management, roadmap and feature development, ability to provide leadership and mentorship within the team.A Day in the LifeCollaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into robust SharePoint solutions.Job Respobsibilities\xc2\xb7 Accountable for a product\'s impact on customers, users\xc2\xb7 Leads or leverages cross functional stakeholders to evaluate, develop and manage new solution development\xc2\xb7 Assesses product issues and develops resolutions to meet market requirements, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives\xc2\xb7 Partners closely and serves as a liaison between Product Management, Project Management and Technical Execution Team (Software Engineer, Architect, UI/UX Designers, Testers etc.)\xc2\xb7 Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of stakeholder requirements and key stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems\xc2\xb7 Leads a shared understanding of \xe2\x80\x9dWhat\xe2\x80\x9d we should build and be able to justify \xe2\x80\x9cWhy\xe2\x80\x9d through discussion and documentation\xc2\xb7 Extends shared understanding with the scrum teams who will be executing\xc2\xb7 Plays a critical role in sprint demos by utilizing it as a feedback loop for validation of intended impact\xc2\xb7 Makes the decision on when enough value has been created to close user stories and ready for release\xc2\xb7 Point person to ensure all deliverables are prioritizedMust HaveMinimum Qualification\xc2\xb7 B.S/MS in Engineering or related field with 14+ years of experience.\xc2\xb7 14+ years of Software industry experience.\xc2\xb7 5+ years in Product Owner Capacity for Mech Tech / regulated industry solution in Web/ Mobile Space.\xc2\xb7 Awareness of Industry tools for VOC. Requirement prioritization, Roadmap & long-term solution Strategy\xc2\xb7 Experience in the medical devices industry or other regulated industries is preferred\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of agile development principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA or similar software tools\xc2\xb7 Experience with product management and product development processes, including user research, market analysis, and product road mapping\xc2\xb7Principal Working Relationship\xc2\xb7 Reports to the Engineering Manager\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, end-users) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Nice to Haves\xc2\xb7 Certifications in SharePoint (MCSA, MCSE), Product owner(PSPO) are a plus.\xc2\xb7 Experience in a healthcare or medical device environment is a plus.Your AnswerIs this the position you were waiting for?
