• Collaborate closely with the product manager to understand the product roadmap, features and changes in product requirements.
• Translate the roadmap into manageable product backlog and detail the processes while collaborating with product management, development, delivery, customers, etc. This entails prioritizing the backlog and support the release planning and sprint planning exercises.
• Work with R&D to provide and refine estimations for projects, features, and processes.
• Support Focus Teams during sprints.
• Review, approve and design all product improvement suggestions raised by Delivery, customers, Support and R&D.
• Own and supports product readiness activities such as L2 training.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support pre-sales and delivery/PSO as the product specialist for applicable product(s).

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering / MBA.
• Be business oriented and able to represent the customer needs.
• Experienced delivering successful software products in a Product Owner or similar role.
• Experienced in functionality/specs definition, architecture and design.
• Ability to facilitate scope changes and prioritization.
• Experienced with Product and R&D development processes using Agile methodologies & tools.
• Experience and knowledge in the telecommunications domain is appreciated.
• Matrix-management, good negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English
• Advantage: Experience with ML/AI Software products
