Job Title: Product Owner

Role Overview:
The Product Owner will be responsible for owning the product sprint, from story writing and grooming to implementation, customer reporting, onboarding, and thorough documentation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that product deliverables align with the company's vision and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sprint Ownership: Take full ownership of product sprints, ensuring they are effectively planned and executed.
• Story Creation and Grooming: Write clear, detailed user stories and continuously groom the product backlog to reflect priorities and requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams to clarify story details and answer any questions related to product requirements.
• Customer Reporting: Prepare and deliver customer reports to keep stakeholders informed on product progress and updates.
• Implementation and Onboarding: Oversee the implementation process and assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of the product.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation to support internal teams and provide transparency to customers.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a related role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for story writing and collaboration with development teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and managing client expectations.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software is a plus.
