Job Description

Main responsibilities

• Review, estimate, and design solutions/functionalities of business requirements and approve the design when done by others
• Compile, review and maintain required solution documentation and related KONE Way documents
• Responsible for the data and application architectural compliance in collaboration with Architects and solution design consistency in collaboration with Configuration Owners or other equivalent technical roles.
• Have full design ownership of Field Service Management including the physical data model
• Participate in global development projects and continuous development to ensure that the built solution meets business requirements while maximizing use of standard functionalities
• Guide the application support to solve complex problems and support business processes when needed

Requirements for the role

• University level degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in field, customer and/or technical help desk and related IT.
• Experience of in field service, customer and/or technical help desk related software projects and operations.
• Experience and knowledge of supplier integration is favourable.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce related technologies, data model and interfaces with particular focus in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting good relationship building with business stakeholders and peers
• Fluent communicator in English
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders and teams distributed globally
• Experience in working with agile software development methodologies
• Able to embrace and promote cultural diversity and inclusion respectfully across own team and organization
