I. Purpose of PositionThe Product Owner (PO) serves as the Customer proxy responsible for working with Product Management and other stakeholdersxe2x80x94including other POsxe2x80x94to define and prioritize stories in the Agile team backlog. The PO allows to effectively address program priorities while maintaining technical integrity. The PO influences the vision, roadmap and program backlog of the Apollo dispenser SW platform.II. Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Requirements management, Backlog management and prioritization for one or more scrum teams.xc2xb7 Collaborates with POs from different Engineering groups to plan, develop and integrate complete dispenser solutionxc2xb7 Attends to demo/review meetings and provides feedback on delivered features and eventually engaging other stakeholders where appropriate.Participate and contribute to teams retrospective meetings.xc2xb7 Share and establish product vision and team mission to the project team and other internal stakeholdersxc2xb7 Develops, maintains and communicates release planning and feature roadmap in collaboration with product Management and Engineering team.xc2xb7 Engages fully in daily management with the project team and in involved in scrum activities user story creation, backlog grooming, Sprint planning and demo.xc2xb7 Interacts with engineering roles such as Scrum Master, SW Engineers, System Engineers, Architects, SQA, Business Analysis and Program Management.III. Required experience and skillsxc2xb7 Experience working effectively and driving results with cross functional teams with a strong desire to bridge the gap between Customers, Marketing, and Engineeringxc2xb7 Ability to understand and communicate details about complex business processesxc2xb7 Ability to understand technical architecture and design in embedded industrial automationxc2xb7 Analytical skills to properly interpret solutions and translate into user storiesxc2xb7 Project planning skills to create risk-adjusted release planxc2xb7 Problem solving and decision-making skillsxc2xb7 Technical knowledge to represents Development team in strategic discussions with Business.xc2xb7 Proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization with competing and changing deadlinesI.
