You will be working as Product Owner - Embedded Development & Testing and will be part of Motion Business Area for System Drives division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Department Lead and will be responsible for supporting strategic corporate technology direction and future product / software / solution architecture. Initiating and driving technology, software, product and solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area or a broad range of skills in a technical or product field. Managing or coordinating development projects / activities of substantial impact to the business. Acting as the first line contact in R&D/SW development / product engineering for in-depth product or technology related issues. Your responsibilities Owning the product responsibilities as a product owner, managing the product, system, architecture, integrating and testing requirements for the product under development Communicating the product vision and ambition, team delivery and quality performance. Acting as a link between the team and global roles, external vendors or other teams Owning the responsibilities for the product / software requirements, planning and clarifying to understand the product development requirements and preparing the requirements for the team on system / product requirements Covering all the aspects of software development cycle of designing, coding, integrating, unit testing, system integration and continuous integration of software modules in line with the quality management system Defining the acceptance criteria for all the requirements covering the designing and development of software modules, module integration, unit testing, system integration and system testing Reviewing and approving the technical work packages created by the software engineers Coordinating to provide and receive the technical inputs for the project and resolving the technical issues with the global product management team Supporting management and team in the estimating the man hours required for executing the project deliverables Your background Bachelor\'s / Master\'s in Engineering (Electronics / Computer Science) Minimum 12 to 14 years of experience in embedded software application / product design Minimum 3 years of experience with product ownership, product management and people management and experience in embedded C, C++, C++17, yocto, kubernetes, docker, OPC/UA, phloem, unicos loader, ddcs, Cmake Experience in requirements management, integration and code repository management tools - TFS, Jira, Jenkins, GiT Experience required in the embedded application layer development, embedded system design and development and embedded system integration, system verification and continuous integration Experience in quality assessment tools / platform, google test/ mock, sonarqube.
