Brian Muskoff, Head of Product for the Delphix at Perforce, is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements and driving the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to growth. Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in product management within the enterprise software industry are essential.This role will be focused on our flagship Continuous Data product, specifically our database platform support across SQL Server, Postgres, SAP Hana, Cassandra, DB2, CockroachDB, YugabyteDB, and more. Data is our business and requires us to constantly innovate by onboarding new data sources and expanding the feature sets of existing data sources. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases in a DevOps context is preferred as you will work with experts in this complex domain.Delphix is the industry leader for DevOps test data management. Our DevOps Data Platform automates data security, while rapidly deploying test data to accelerate application releases. With Delphix, customers modernize applications, adopt multi-cloud, achieve CI/CD, and recover from downtime events such as ransomware up to 2x faster. Leading companies, including Choice Hotels, Banco Carrefour, and Fannie Mae, use Delphix to accelerate digital transformation and enable zero-trust data management.Responsibilities:

• Build the product strategy and roadmap for specific Delphix products, informed by customer and market insights, competitive analysis, technical capability, and internal initiatives/asset
• Lead and manage the full product lifecycle market analysis, requirements definition, delivery and testing, education, internal business readiness, and customer deployment
• Perform in-depth market competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to develop product and competitive positioning
• Be an expert on your product, industry, and competition and leverage that expertise to drive product innovation and capture market opportunities
• Create and deliver product-specific and thought leadership content including blogs and webinars
• Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, understanding costs, anticipating volume, and pricing custom orders
• Establish and execute winning go-to-market strategies and drive successful product adoption in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Business Partners

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong proficiency in English is a must
• Experience in an enterprise software product management position, ideally in database and DevOps domains
• Deep comfort with technical systems. A computer science or other technical degree is not required but is a strong benefit
• Able to gather, analyze, and confidently present relevant data
• Able to work cross-functionally as a team member and influencer
• A desire to push the envelope to improve yourself and your team
• Availability to collaborate with global teams and customers across many time zones
