Data Platform Product AreaTo achieve Vestas\' growth targets for the coming years a fundamental shift in how we operate is needed. The data platform department within Digital Solutions are empowering Vestas to unlock the full potential of data. We aim to build a domain-based data architecture with platform capabilities to manage consolidated information and injecting AI capabilities for efficiency and an E2E digital thread. As a Product Owner you will be the driving force behind the strategic vision and execution of our data initiatives and you will join a product area consisting of 4 other product teams supporting our data journey from a platform perspective.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and mature our ingestion strategy for the data platform, ensuring alignment with the overall business goalsInstill a robust platform to enable automated, business oriented data qualityExcel in cross-functional leadership through close collaboration with data engineering, data science and operation teams to ensure high-quality data solutionsAlign and manage stakeholder to ensure deliveries towards overall strategic directionEnsuring a user centric approach to all initiatives and capabilities build on the platform to ensure an intuitive user experienceDrive product backlog refinement from idea to development and together with product team members based on user qualitative and quantitative dataSet quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practicesQualificationsWe look for top talents capable of leaving a mark on renewable energy with Data.8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a data-centric environmentBachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are beneficialProven ability to guide and lead cross-functional teams towards the product goal set out from the strategyExperience from working in a Product oriented organizationInterest in topics such as data mesh, data contracts and data quality automationProven history of successfully navigating a complex stakeholder landscapeProven experience developing engineering teams to design, deliver and optimize new productCompetenciesOn a personal level, we envision that you have/are:

• A collaborative and service-minded talent, who wants to be a part of a global cross functional team in an organization with personal, professional, and cultural diversity
• Fluency in English in both oral and written
• Think commercially when leading your product; i.e. focusing on who are you enabling with your product and what is the value proposition of your product to the users/teams consuming your product and to Vestas
• Engage and align multiple stakeholder viewpoints and combine into a well crafted product vision and roadmap
• Can facilitate cross-team workshops and discovery activities in close collaboration with Product Designer and Tech Lead
• Set direction for your digital product but also execute on your plans and achieve measurable results
