• Building the app roadmap, prioritization, customer journeys, customer behavior & Insights, Growth plan, Go to Market strategy, Adoption
• Will manage the team of Inhouse and outsourced team for delivery
• Managing Business Requirement for Max Life\'s
• End to end responsibility and ownership of Mobile app from Designing till their implementation
• Post Production support
• Stakeholder Management with business team, Tech team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\xc3\x9c Managing Business Requirements:o Tracking Business\'s IT Requirements and regular status updateso User Expectations Management on estimated delivery timelines\xc3\x9c Business Consultancy:o Partner with Business to understand their IT needs and discuss possibilities based on existing system capabilities and suggest realistic solutionso Analyze existing business processes to understand Business\'s need to improve operational efficiency\xc3\x9c Solutions Implementation:o Responsible for business requirement gathering, detailed analysis of the Business Requirements from functional and technical standpoint.
