7+ Years Experience


1.Support Product Manager through feature creation, user story creation, and feature development and validation through each stage of the feature development process following SAFe software development processes. Includes collaboration with teams such as UX, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Technology


1. Support development teams with features, user stories through PI (Program Increment) Planning, backlog grooming, and all team ceremonies to successfully release new product enhancements on time and within budget.


2. Adapt backlog of ready work in response to feature injections, story discovery, and production issue monitoring.


3. Initiative management for 5 10-person project teams to meet deliverables inclusive of delegating work, setting clear goals, and managing customer expectations. Oversee change management for rollout for new projects and systems.


4. Communicate feature status internally within Product and Development teams, and externally to critical stakeholders such as operations, customer service, and Legal/Compliance teams.
