Responsibilities :

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Quickly resolve common issues using various technical resources. Coordinate with clients to understand and update application requirements. Manage the administrative functions of the application. Handle Helpdesk support via phone, email, and chat for current and upcoming queries. Review software requirements and create relevant test scenarios. Analyse test results to identify bugs, issues, and usability concerns. Participate in reviews, prepare reports, and provide feedback on requirements and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Engineering preferred) 0-2 years of experience in IT performance analysis Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methods Familiar with tools like ERP/CRM systems, Selenium, JIRA, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to spot issues and suggest practical solutions Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Well-organised with strong time management skills
