Product Marketing Manager - Drive Growth in HR Tech

The Opportunity:



Own product marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing for a product that's changing the HR tech space.





What You'll Do:



Develop product positioning and messaging.



Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies.



Create compelling content - blog posts, case studies, website copy, and more.



Gather customer insights to inform marketing efforts.



Experiment with new channels and tactics to expand reach and drive adoption.

Utilize AI tools and analytics to enhance marketing strategies and drive better outcomes.





Who You Are:



4+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally in HR tech.



Ability to think strategically and translate vision into action.



Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.



Data-driven decision maker comfortable with using AI and analytics in marketing.



Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
