Marketing Manager - SecuritySecurity Marketing Manager role sits within Cisco\'s Security Account Lifecycle Marketing Team. This role is responsible for owning the marketing strategy and plan for Cisco\'s Security Business Unit in India. This person will develop programs that bring Cisco\'s innovative security portfolio to customers in the India region and deliver value for sellers in the form of pipeline for both new customer acquisition and retention initiatives with a heavy focus on account based approaches.Cisco\'s marketing vision is to be an innovative leader in real-time, personalized marketing and communications, and we believe our opportunity to achieve these lies in crafting unified, omnichannel digital and human experiences.We\'ve thought long and hard about how we deliver upon our vision and quite simply, it starts with placing our customers at the heart of everything we do.   • Lead the formulation and execution of the security marketing plan for India to achieve regional KPIs.
  • Maintain positive relationship and communication with APJC security sales to align dynamic business priorities.
  • Work with central security marketing to adapt and deliver priority programs in India region.
  • Create compelling locally relevant content as needed using templates and guidelines to adhere to brand, journeys, targeted personas, and creative platform guidelines.
  • Measure, analyse and share performance with internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, manage, and execute against regional budget.

Who You Are
  • Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional marketing experience in the technology industry (preferably in large MNC)
  • 3+ years\' experience in a product marketing role
  • Bachelor Degree\'s required and additional marketing management diploma preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, familiarity with project management tools, marketing operations and
  • Broad technology awareness with a passion and specific knowledge for cybersecurity
  • Strong internal communication skills, problem solver, ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization
  • An established track record of developing impactful marketing campaign from conception through to execution and achieve campaign KPI in terms of MQL and sales pipeline generation.
  • Experienced in all stages of crafting a successful marketing campaign i.e. planning, strategy, execution, asset creation and distribution.
  • Strategic and tactical expertise in digital marketing, event management and social media
  • Experienced in editing marketing content whilst adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines
  • Comfortable collaborating with global / regional / local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team
  • Self-motivated, can empower and influence others and have the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Proficient in English

Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
