We are hiring product marketing manager. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase product visibility and market share.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to align marketing efforts with product innovations and features.
Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, content marketing, and industry events.
Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in the mining or construction equipment industry.
Strong understanding of crushers, screens, and related equipment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex market data.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
