Responsibilities:

• Spearheaded content-driven product adoption strategies spanning website, email campaigns, product guides, and in-app splash screens.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop an in-depth understanding of product capabilities, and effectively communicate value to customers.
• Analyze product usage, engagement, and adoption among customers and identify opportunities to minimize user friction and drop-offs.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences, and use these insights to drive product marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and marketers, to ensure alignment of project goals.
