Job Description




Responsibility

  • Study company products & then translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Follow and analyse market trends to position products
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Content Development \xe2\x80\x93 Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms
  • Sales enablement \xe2\x80\x93 Craft region-agnostic high-value sales tools, training, and collateral
  • Demand generation \xe2\x80\x93 Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness and demand
  • Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
  • Create training materials and training programs for each member of the outside sales team
  • Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 product marketing experience
  • Attested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
  • Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing etc.
  • Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
  • Large-scale event management experience a plus
