The Siebel Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager who can drive Artificial Intelligence vision for Siebel CRM and execute the same. We are looking for a Product Manager who can take a key role in defining the application of AI technologies to real enterprise problems. You will be the product leader defining the product vision, strategy and go-to-market, working with our install base to understand their vision and requirements. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, data science, and UX teams to build features that customers need and love. This position is well suited for professionals looking to balance technical challenges with customer facing responsibilities. Expertise in application of technologies to solve problems is a must.
Responsibilities
• Be our AI evangelist - Engage directly with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and support the creation of tailored AI solutions
• Defining and driving the development of AI features that align with the Siebel's vision and customer needs
• Conducting market research, gathering customer feedback
• Present the strategy and roadmap to senior management and get buy-in
• Driving the Why and What through well written PRDs and effectively prioritizing features
• Managing the feature development lifecycle and go-to-market strategy
• Contribute to outreach plans through collateral creation (social media, blogs, presentations, technical briefs, and videos)
• Work with release management, engineering, customer support, documentation, and training teams to launch quarterly releases
Qualifications
• BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of the challenges faced by CRM customers in industries like Communications, Financial Services, Insurance, Public Sector, Automotives, etc.
• Experience with application of AI to enterprise scenarios
• Have a deep understanding of the AI trends
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
