:As the Identity and Access Technical Product Manager for integrations/connectors, you will be the driving force behind our rapidly growing integration exchange. The Product Manager will work as part of a development team - defining, elaborating, and accepting new features as they are built. The Product Manager is responsible to arm Sales with the knowledge of the product through materials that include one-pagers, white papers, blogs, competitive talking points, product positioning, and sales enablement. The Product Manager will have deep understanding of software development process, architectural principles, and the Identity and access management market. Candidates who have developed integrations/connectors with various systems and services are highly desirable.In this role, you will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and growing the connector catalog/integrations for Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Access Governance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our products are perceived and to directly contribute to our growth and success.
You will influence the way new integrations are developed and accordingly position it as part of go to market activities. You will have to do competitive assessment to justify the features being built.Our ideal candidate is result-focused, versatile, and has solid quantitative background and a good business understanding. The candidate should be comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a get-it-done attitude. Ideally, this person will have worked developing integrations with various systems and services.Career Level - IC5Responsibilities:Responsibilities:- Owning the feature backlog and prioritization.- Managing the development schedule and release dates- Own the detailed product/service roadmap- Influence how features are built from a technical perspective- Represent technical details to Oracle executives- Perform competitive research and analysis- Ensure feature sets are delivered properly- Work with Quality Assurance(QA) teams to make sure the appropriate testing is automated- Partner closely with Development, QA, user assistance teams and represent the voice of the Customer and Sales within all product conversations- Run standup meetings along with a development lead- Work with UX/UI team to define product interface- Work with legal team to get required approvals for third party integrations- Work with internal Oracle partners to define requirements for supporting Oracle's IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms- Communicate roadmaps across Oracle development organizations- Measure feature usage, velocity, and quality in the production system- Work with architecture team to maintain long term alignment- Work with Product Marketing to provide technical detail for content and presentations- Represent product with thought leadership content- Support Sales Engineering with technical training- Represent product/service with strategic accounts- Support customer success with technical details- Collaborate with the Support team to resolve customer issues- Lead cross-functional launches of new features and products- Drive customer and competitive insights to inform product and marketing roadmap- Must have Exceptional product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution, communication and project management skills- Work with analysts for solution assessments, overview and clarifications- The Product Manager will need to maintain internal and external collaterals- Must know how competitive products are positioned, be able to deliver clearly differentiate products/services, and communicate the superior value of Oracle solutionsQualifications and Skills: * 10+ years of experience in product management, consulting, sales engineering, or customer success organization

  • Must have expertise in the security internals of cloud services including at least two of the largest enterprise platforms in IaaS and SaaS
  • Must have 10+ years of IT Security expertise covering at least two of the following: security and risk management, content security, network security, identity and access management, security operations from design, architecture, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and utilization
  • Highly desirable in building connectors/integrations to various systems and services
  • General knowledge of cloud architectures as well as on-premise IT landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present to large audiences (e.g. Oracle CloudWorld)
  • Excellent client facing and communication skills (written and verbal), including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management across different levels of a customer's organization, especially at the executive C-Suite level
  • Computer Science / Engineering degree or experience is required.
  • Available to travel up to 25%
