:Oracle Field Service manages personnel, parts, and equipment to meet SLA requirements, empowering workers for both depot and field tasks through a unified offline-capable mobile app. It enhances worker productivity, asset uptime and lifespan, leveraging supply chain processes such as inventory tracking and warranties to improve KPIs for critical 24/7 operations.We are looking for a hustler! Someone who challenges the status quo based on the strong analytical and data-driven skills with an understanding of the strategic initiatives that drive the most business value.This is a fast-paced multi-task environment where quick decisions and fast actions drive the success.

• Articulate a clear product vision and help define the product roadmap.
• Define and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, solution positioning and opportunities.
• Sales strategy and enablement: Collaborate with the different sales team across all regions and industries. Collaborate with the outbound product team to develop value propositions and messaging to help creating winning strategies.
• Lead and pipeline management: Develop and implement strategies to help sales generate the leads and optimize the sales pipeline based on the growth objectives
• Reporting and analytics: Define KPIs to measure and track success of the growth initiatives.
• Launches and campaigns: Plan, coordinate and execute targeted internal and external campaigns.
