:Job Role :

• Support the leadership team to formulate and drive the business strategy

• Work with SME leadership to solve key business challenges such as acquisition, portfolio control, efficiency, customer service etc through digital/automation/outsourcing initiatives

• Competition benchmarking, scouting Fintech ecosystem, being updated with emerging trends in banking industry, to conceptualize executable ideas and present it to management for their buy-in

• Work with BSG/Digital team and other support functions to identify and evaluate third party digital solutions or leverage existing internal solutions to solve for various business needs

• Work with analytics team to drive various analytics related use cases for the business

• Work with cross-functional teams including digital, sales, analytics functions to conduct proof of concepts and lead successful ones into implementation

• Drive digital adoption across SME by designing and running internal and external campaigns

Job Requirements

• Strong command on MS Excel/ Power point; good communication

• Good understanding of the current digital trends and Fintech ecosystem

• Ability to handle ambiguity along with strong analytical & problem solving skills

• Ability to liaise with stakeholders for driving key strategic initiatives with minimal oversight

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines

Eligibility

• Spent 12 months (applicant for same grade role)/ 18 months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division function role location.
